The project involves the whole chain in marine aquaculture from breeder program, fish seed, and hatchery, pre-on growing of juveniles until the last stage of the production process before the fish is ready for market. This can be done through Cage fish culture. The cost of the project is 3 billion cfa with an internal rate of return of 49% in three years
